Delivery is between 10-12pm or 12pm-5pm on weekdays. Weekends delivery not available unless scheduled. Please ensure you are at home and be contactable during this period.
Our delivery person will contact you prior to delivering it to your place, at least 30mins in advance.
Deliver person waiting time at doorstep should not be more than 10mins, additional waiting time cost will incur per additional 5mins for $10.
Do provide clearly your address with unit number, any wrong address provided might incur additional delivery charges.
Contact-able phone number should be provided in case not able to find the location/block/unit.
In case you are not home, please indicate to us if you would like the delivery person to put the item in raiser or outside your doorstep, photo will be taken with your unit number and send to you for proof.
Please advise if there is any clearance needed at condo/EC.
Upon delivery, in case item/product is unsatisfied for whatever reason and buyer wish to return, a return delivery fee of $40 will be chargeable.
